 To be a good writer,we must have some definitions of the words we include in our  text. Like the three below...
1. discipline 
      --Training to act in accordance with established rules; accustoming to systematic and regular action; drill. Subjection to rule; submissiveness to order and control; habit of obedience.

      * it simply mean that it is act or training that correct oneself to obey. To correct someone from committing undesirable acts.
2. accountability 
     -- The obligation of an individual or organization to account for its activities, accept responsibility for them, and to disclose the results in a transparent manner. It also includes the responsibility for money or other entrusted property.

       *it means that this is an attitude that accept his or her responsibilities. And liable to render a certain situations
3. maturity
      --  The state or quality of being fully grown or developed.

 The state or quality of being mature.
